CONDITIONS

Reservation Confirmation:
   - All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Generation Golf.
   - Reservation requests can be made online, over the phone, or in person.
   - A valid email address and contact number are required for reservation confirmation.

Reservation Policy:
   - Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
   - Walk-ins are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed without a reservation.

Cancellation and Changes:
   - Reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   - Failure to cancel within the specified time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

​

Large Group Reservations:
   - Large Group reservations are subject to specific terms and conditions, provided upon request.

​

Arrival Time:
   - Please arrive promptly for your reservation. Late arrivals may result in reduced playing time.

​

Minimum Age:
   - All guests must be of legal drinking age to enter Generation Golf.

​

Minimum Spend:
   - Reservations have no minimum spend requirement.

​

Payment:
   - Payment for reservations is due at the end of service.
   - Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards.

Behavior and Conduct:
   - Guests are expected to adhere to our code of conduct and treat staff and fellow patrons with respect.
   - Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in the termination of the reservation.

Inclement Weather:
    - Our indoor facility is weather-proof, but in the case of any technical issues, we will do our best to accommodate guests.

​

Personal Safety:

    - All guests must follow safety guidelines provided by Generation Golf staff.

    - Guests are encouraged to maintain proper hygiene and adhere to any health and safety protocols in place.

Participation Waiver & Release of Liability:

    1. Automatic Agreement Upon Booking

By submitting a reservation on our website using your name and contact information, you explicitly agree that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or a legal guardian making a reservation on behalf of a minor).

• Your online booking serves as your electronic signature and binding acceptance of this Release of Liability on behalf of yourself and all guests included in your reservation group.

    2. Acknowledgment of Safety Measures & Inherent Risks

Generation Golf makes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a safe environment, including installing protective padding around simulator bays, maintaining dry and clean flooring, and enforcing general safety rules.

However, you acknowledge that indoor golf activities carry inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated. Accidents, equipment failures, or unpredictable physical actions can occur despite best safety efforts.

    3. Voluntary Assumption of Risk

You knowingly, freely, and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with your presence at Generation Golf and your participation in any activities on the premises. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Golf Swings & Equipment: Injuries caused by your own golf swing, follow-through, misspent equipment, or broken club heads/shafts.

• Third-Party Conduct: Accidental hits, strikes, or injuries caused by other guests, spectators, or participants.

• Ball Rebounds & Ricochets: Unexpected trajectory, ricochet, or bounce-back of golf balls off screens, walls, ceilings, padding, or turf.

• Slips, Trips, and Falls: Hazards including wet floors, uneven surfaces, steps, or misplaced personal belongings.

• Alcohol Consumption: Any injuries, impairment, illness, or damages resulting from or related to the service or consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises, whether consumed by you or other guests.

    4. Release and Hold Harmless

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Generation Golf, its parent companies, affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and landlords from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or costs (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to any personal injury, bodily injury, illness, property damage, or wrongful death occurring on or near the premises.

    5. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver and Release is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:
    - Generation Golf reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.

By proceeding with a reservation at Generation Golf Indoor Golf Bar, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms, conditions and waiver. We look forward to providing you with an exceptional golfing experience!
